The Deputy Senate Leader and Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial district, Senator Oyelola Ashiru, has mourned the death of Senator Rafiu Ibrahim.
Senator Rafiu Ibrahim who died after a brief illness at the early hours of Wednesday morning represented the Kwara South Senatorial district at the 8th Senate.
Senator Ashiru described the deceased Lawmaker as a compassionate man who made waves in the political sphere during his lifetime.
“He was a family man, and he would be remembered for his keen love for Ibolo kingdom and kwara South as a whole”. He added.
Senator Ashiru prayed for the repose of his soul and that Almighty Allah grants the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
