Ibrahim Bukola Lukman, a loyal member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Gambari Ward I, has declared his intention to contest the 2024 Local Government Elections for the post of Chairman of Ilorin East Local Government.
In a statement released to newsmen, Lukman expressed his commitment to public service and community development, citing his education, experience, loyalty, and willingness to propagate the APC’s good work in alignment with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s direction.
Lukman pledged to complement the Governor’s achievements, drive economic growth, improve infrastructure, and promote social welfare for all residents of Ilorin East. He sought the support of the people, party stakeholders, and the community, promising to work with all stakeholders to create a vibrant and inclusive political process.
The statement reads;
“I, Ibrahim Bukola Lukman, hereby declare my intention to contest the 2024 Local Government Elections for the post of Chairman of Ilorin East Local Government. As a loyal APC member from Gambari Ward I, I believe my eligibility stems from my education, experience, loyalty, and willingness to further propagate our party’s good work.
“My passion for public service and community development has driven my active participation in various initiatives aimed at promoting economic growth, good governance, and social justice within our local government and beyond.
“I am committed to implementing policies and programs that will drive economic growth, improve infrastructure, and promote social welfare for all residents of Ilorin East. I seek the support of the entire people of Ilorin East Local Government, party stakeholders, and other members of our community.
