•••Commends Governor AbdulRazaq’s Media-Friendly Approach
Hon. Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff, a former Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor and renowned Youth Advocate, has donated gadgets to online media practitioners operating in Kwara State. The donation, presented at Golden Sand Hotel, Ilorin, aims to enhance the performance and delivery of online media practitioners in the state.
Gadaff emphasized the importance of a vibrant online media in promoting good governance and holding leaders accountable. He commended Governor AbdulRazaq’s administration for its media-friendly approach, creating an enabling environment for online media practitioners to thrive.
The gadgets donated by Gadaff are expected to boost the productivity and efficiency of online media practitioners in Kwara State, enabling them to better serve the public and promote democratic values.
His words: “This is not the first time we will be supporting the media. We gifted some Online Media platforms mini-laptops in 2021. This is a way of complementing Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s media friendly approach. Governor AbdulRazaq has established two additional Radio Stations with one in Kwara North and procured modern broadcasting equipment for KwaraTV.”
Beneficiaries include Just Event Online, FactualTimes, SATCOM Media, Prudentwatch, Newscresent and OIC Update.
Responding on behalf of beneficiaries, Managing Editor FactualTimes, Oyewale Oyelola lauded Hon Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff for supporting some Online Media Practitioners with gadgets.
Oyelola described the gesture as exciting and heartwarming which shows the value Gadaff places on the media. He prays that Almighty God will continue to enrich and take him to greater heights.
