The National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO) has joined friends, family, and millions of Nigerians to celebrate the Director-General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Lanre Issa Onilu, on his birthday.
In a press statement issued on Wednesday, Executive Secretary/CEO of NICO, Otunba Biodun Ajiboye, extolled Onilu’s dedication, commitment and tireless efforts in promoting cultural orientation and national unity.
