The Ekiti -Kwara Youth Navigators (EKYN) will on Saturday, September 7 host Town Hall engagement at Osi Hall with local government candidates ahead of Kwara State local government elections.
EKYN, a Community development organization saddled with promotion and development of Ekiti Local Government in Kwara State disclosed this in a statement issued on Sunday by its Chairman of Planning Committee, Ogundele Rapheal kehinde.
The Townhall Engagement with LG Candidate towards the upcoming LG election in the local Government.
According to Ogundele, Townhall Engagement is part of functional democracy as it gives insights towards candidate plans and manifesto for the growth and development of the Local Government.
The group therefore urged people of Ekiti local government to play action for effective participation as the event shows clarity on civic engagement.
