His Royal Highness, Oba Joel Olaniyi Oyatoye Titiloye, the revered Oloro of Oro Kingdom, has officially concluded his seclusion period (Ipebi) and embarked on a journey back to his ancestral home, Afin Oro.
As part of his re-emergence, the monarch made a significant stop at the heart of the kingdom – the Oro Kingdom Central Market. There, he offered prayers for the prosperity and well-being of the good people of Oro Kingdom.
This traditional practice of seclusion and subsequent re-emergence is deeply rooted in the cultural and spiritual fabric of the Oro Kingdom.
The traditional rites symbolize renewal, purification, and a renewed commitment to the welfare of the people.
