••• As Council of Imam In Oro Kingdom paid Him Congratulatory Visit
The newly installed Oloro of Oro Kingdom, Oba Joel Olaniyi Oyatoye Titiloye, has pledged to foster religious harmony and unity within the kingdom. As part of this commitment, he plans to visit all central mosques in Oro to observe Juma’at services.
The monarch made this announcement during a congratulatory visit by the Council of Imams in Oro, led by Chief Imam Agba of Oro Kingdom, Alh Sanusi Taofeeq.
Imam Sanusi expressed the council’s support for the new Oloro and their willingness to collaborate for the betterment of the kingdom.
“We believe you are here today as Almighty God has destined it, therefore it is pertinent to support you wholeheartedly and pray for your success,” he said.
In response, HRH Oba Oyatoye thanked the Imam for their support and assured them of his dedication to maintaining peace and harmony within the kingdom.
He highlighted his intention to visit all 11 communities in the kingdom to observe Juma’at services, demonstrating his commitment to religious tolerance and understanding.
