It is with deep grief and a heavy heart that I received the sad news of the passing of our beloved father and the Chief Imam of Kaiama, Alhaji Umar Sabi Mohammed. His demise is a monumental loss, not only to his immediate family but also to the Kaiama Emirate and the entire Muslim Ummah.
Alhaji Umar Sabi Mohammed lived a life of exemplary faith, humility, and service to Allah and humanity. As Chief Imam, he provided spiritual guidance, promoted peace, unity, and moral uprightness, and remained a pillar of wisdom and counsel within the Emirate.
I sincerely sympathise with our royal father, His Royal Highness, the Emir of Kaiama, Alhaji Shehu Muazu Omar, the Council of Ulamas, and the entire people of Kaiama Emirate over this irreparable loss. I also extend my deepest condolences to the family of the late Chief Imam, praying that Almighty Allah grants them the fortitude to bear this great loss.
May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, reward his good deeds, and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus.
