
The Senator representing Kwara North Senatorial District, Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar, has strongly condemned the recent bandit attack on Rifun, Kakafu, and Gbugbu Communities of Patigi and Edu LGAs respectively describing the incident as barbaric and unfortunate.

He extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their loved ones and prayed for the quick rescue of those abducted during the attack.
Senator Sadiq noted that the safety and security of citizens remain paramount and called on relevant security agencies to intensify operations in the affected areas and across the district to prevent a recurrence of such tragic incidents.
