APC Kwara State Governorship Aspirant and chieftain, Prof. Wale Sulaiman, CON, has congratulated his brother and distinguished scholar, Prof. Mukaila Ayanda Aremu, on the successful delivery of his 299th Inaugural Lecture at the University of Ilorin.
In a congratulatory message, Prof. Sulaiman described the milestone as a remarkable academic achievement and a proud moment not only for the University of Ilorin but also for the people of Kwara State and the Ilala community.
He commended Prof. Aremu, a renowned Professor of Marketing and the Provost of the Kwara State College of Education, Oro, for his enduring commitment to scholarship, research, and the advancement of knowledge in the field of marketing.
Prof. Sulaiman noted that the inaugural lecture titled “Marketing: Small World, Big Consequences” reflects Prof. Aremu’s depth of intellectual insight and his contributions to understanding the evolving dynamics of global marketing and innovation.
According to him, Prof. Aremu’s academic journey and professional accomplishments remain a shining example of dedication, discipline, and excellence in service to education and national development.
He further praised Prof. Aremu for his leadership roles in academia and administration, noting that his impact as the Provost of the Kwara State College of Education, Oro, continues to drive institutional growth, strategic partnerships, and educational transformation.
Prof. Sulaiman described Prof. Aremu as a proud ambassador of Ilala community whose achievements continue to inspire younger generations to pursue knowledge, excellence, and integrity.
“Your intellectual contributions and professional accomplishments have not only enriched the academic community but have also brought honour and recognition to our people,” Prof. Sulaiman stated.
He prayed for continued good health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments for Prof. Aremu as he continues to contribute meaningfully to scholarship, leadership, and the advancement of education in Nigeria.
