YOUTH EMPLOYMENT, EMPOWERMENT & CAPACITY BUILDING:
Empowering young people remains a central priority for Hon. (Mrs.) Olasumbo Florence Oyeyemi, recognises that the youth are the driving force of innovation, productivity, and the future of our society. Her approach goes beyond promises; it is built on practical support, capacity development, and opportunity creation.
As part of her commitment to youth development during her time as the Commissioner;
✅ She facilitated employment opportunities for youths across the Oke-Ero Local Government
✅ Supported capacity-building programmes for youths and students across Kwara State.
These interventions have equipped young people with relevant skills, opened pathways to employment and self-reliance, and strengthened the confidence and productivity of our youth.
This vision will be expanded and scaled to empower more young people across Ekiti/ Irepodun/ Isin/ Oke-Ero Federal Constituency With a focus on Digital Literacy; Skills acquisition and vocational training; Job creation and entrepreneurship support; and Access to opportunities and mentorship.
Yèyélùà believes in the power and potential of our youth. She is committed to building a future where young people are empowered, productive, and unstoppable.
She has invested in the youth before, she is ready to do even more.
