Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Makes History as First Personality Lecturer at KWASU’s CPCG Series

Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, a seasoned community development advocate, technocrat, and statesman, has been selected as the pioneer guest for the 1st Personality Lecture Series organized by the Centre for Politics and Corporate Governance (CPCG), Kwara State University, Malete.

According to a statement released by the Centre, Engr. Adeyemi’s selection as the first personality to headline the lecture series is a recognition of his distinguished track record in community development, research advancement, and his broad international and professional experience spanning aviation, accounting, engineering, leadership, and grassroots development. The Centre noted that his emergence as the inaugural speaker marks a historic milestone for the series.

The landmark academic and policy engagement is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the Mini Convocation Arena, Kwara State University, Malete, by 11:00 a.m., and is open to members of the public, scholars, policy actors, and students.

The Personality Lecture Series is designed as a platform for intellectual discourse, leadership engagement, and the exploration of governance and corporate leadership dynamics. It aims to bring together thought leaders and stakeholders to interrogate critical national issues, promote good governance, and inspire responsible leadership across sectors.
