Guti, former Real Madrid midfielder, has named England Captain Harry Kane, France forward Kylian Mbappe and Spain midfielder Rodri as his top three favourites to for the 2026 Ballon d’Or.
Guti, however, revealed he specifically wants Mbappe to win the Ballon d’Or because he plays for Real Madrid.
Speaking to El Partidazo de COPE, Guti said: “It’s going to be between Harry Kane, Mbappe and Rodri.
“I want Mbappe to win the Ballon d’Or because he plays for Real Madrid.”
The 2026 Ballon d’Or award winner will be announced next month at the London Palladium Theatre in London.
Kane, Mbappe and Rodri are among the 30 players shortlisted for the award.
