With the launch of the 3SU Mentorship & Fellowship Program, Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar (representing Kwara North Senatorial District) has taken a bold step beyond the politics of now – investing deliberately in Kwara’s future through youth empowerment. While Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq CON has laid an admirably strong foundation, Senator Sadiq Umar is building on it with a vision that goes beyond political timelines.
The program, which kicked off with 58 participants from across Kwara State in it’s pilot edition, is not just about mentorship – it’s about preparing a generation to lead with values, competence, and purpose. By equipping youth with leadership training, entrepreneurial skills, laptops, and real-world fellowship experience, the Senator is positioning them to drive long-term development.
More than an initiative, this is a movement to institutionalize youth empowerment as a pillar of sustainability. Senator Sadiq is proving that true development isn’t just about infrastructure – it’s about people.
He’s raising leaders who will inherit and transform Kwara long after today’s headlines fade.
