Senator Mustapha Extols Emir of Ilorin on 30th Coronation Anniversary

The Turaki of Ilorin Emirate and lawmaker representing Kwara Central, Senator Saliu Mustapha, has joined the people of Kwara State, especially sons and daughters of the Ilorin Emirate, in celebrating the 30th coronation anniversary of His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR.

The Senator, In a personally signed statement issued on Monday and made available to journalists in Ilorin, thanked Allah for giving the Emir life and good health to celebrate 30 years on the throne of his forebears.

Senator Mustapha described the Emir’s three-decade reign as one that has ushered in remarkable growth, unity, and development for the Ilorin and Kwara State as a whole.

He commended the royal father, who is the Chairman of the Kwara State Council of Traditional Rulers, for his exemplary leadership and his enduring efforts in promoting peaceful coexistence among residents of the state.

The lawmaker also thanked the monarch for his fatherly role, advice, love, and support, while reiterating his loyalty and support for the Shehu Alimi dynasty.

Senator Mustapha prayed Almighty Allah to continue to bless the Mai Martaba with long life and sound health, to witness more years of tremendous accomplishments on the revered throne.
