The Chairman of ENACT Foundation and Member representing North Central on the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) Board, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has joined family, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate Senator (Dr.) Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe, former lawmaker representing Kwara Central Senatorial District and current Chairman of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), on the occasion of his 65th birthday anniversary.
