Following the transition of the legendary industrialist and patriarch of the Ojora family, Otunba Adekunle Ojora, prominent political figure Mallam Omar Bolaji Gambari has paid his tribute, describing the late business mogul as a blueprint of selflessness and integrity.


The passing of Otunba Ojora, who died in the early hours of Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the age of 93, has drawn reactions from across the nation’s political and corporate sectors.

In a press statement released on Wednesday and obtained by 9japarrot Media, Mallam Omar Bolaji Gambari joined the family of former Senate President Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki and Her Excellency, Mrs. Toyin Saraki (daughter of the deceased) in mourning the iconic elder statesman.

I joined His Excellency, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, CON, Her Excellency, Mrs. Toyin Saraki, and the entire Ojora family in mourning the passing of the patriarch of the Ojora family, Otunba Adekunle Ojora. His transition is a profound loss, not only to his family but to our nation at large.
