Ayo Apere Appeals for Support, Discipline as APC Holds Reps Primary

Qs. Theophilus Ayo Apere, FNIQS, All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant for Federal House of Representatives, Ifelodun/Oyun/Offa Federal Constituency, has called on party members to vote for effective representation as the primary election holds today, Saturday, May 16th, 2026.

Apere urged voters to remain calm and resolute, expressing confidence in a convincing victory.

In a statement released this morning through the Reps aspirant Media Team, Ayo Apere emphasised the importance of choosing a candidate with proven capacity.

“Today is about choosing who will serve this constituency effectively. It is about electing someone with a track record of delivery, not just promises. Over the years, I have shown what we can do to better the lives of our people. I have served and delivered, convincingly,” he stated.

Ayo Apere noted his foundation’s impact across the constituency—schools renovated, students sponsored, communities empowered, and businesses trained.

The aspirant expressed unwavering confidence in the primary outcome.

“I am confident we are winning convincingly today. The people know who has delivered before. The people know who will deliver after. That is me. That is why I am calm. That is why I am resolute,” Ayo Apere stated.

He appealed to all party members to maintain discipline and unity throughout the voting process.

“Let us conduct ourselves with maturity. Let the best candidate win. Let the process reflect our party’s values of fairness and democracy,” he said.

Qs. Apere reaffirmed his readiness to implement the People-First Agenda, which addresses real constituency challenges.
