•• Commend Gov AbdulRazaq as Party Donates Cash, Gadgets to Strengthen Process

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Ilorin East Local Government Area, has commended the Executive Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, CON, for his exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to party development, following the successful rollout of the APC e-registration and revalidation exercise across the state.
Under the leadership of the APC Ilorin East Chairman, Comrade Habib Lawal Ajibola, the party mobilised leaders, political office holders, and key stakeholders to drive massive registration of new members and seamless revalidation of existing members across the twelve (12) wards of Ilorin East LGA. The initiative is aimed at strengthening party structures and ensuring that the APC takes full ownership of its growth and internal consolidation.
In a strong demonstration of unity, commitment, and collective responsibility, party members and faithful donated funds to support the acquisition of additional e-registration electronic devices, as well as logistics for ad-hoc staff deployed for the exercise. The newly acquired gadgets were today formally handed over to beneficiaries during a ceremony held at the APC Ilorin-east Secretariat Sabo-Oke, Ilorin.
Speaking at the event, Comrade Habib Lawal Ajibola praised Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, CON, for his inclusive leadership style, dedication to party building, and reforms that have continued to reposition the APC as a formidable, transparent, and people-centred party in Kwara State.
> “The successes recorded in Ilorin East are inspired by the leadership example of His Excellency, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, CON, whose commitment to party development and good governance continues to motivate party members across the state,” the Chairman stated.
He also expressed appreciation to all party faithfuls who contributed to the success of the exercise, noting that their support complements the efforts of the State Party leadership under the APC State Chairman, Prince Sunday Fagbemi.

A major highlight of the ceremony was the presence of officials of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), who attended to validate the process and confirm that the APC in Kwara State is fully complying with established guidelines, including the use of valid National Identification Numbers (NINs) of eligible Kwarans in the ongoing exercise.
The APC Ilorin East leadership specially commended the professionalism, diligence, and cooperation of the NIMC team in Kwara, led by the NIMC State Coordinator, Mr. Abubakar Idris Muhammed, and the NIN Ilorin East Supervisor, Mrs. Omolara Aroyehun (who was on ground to respond to issues raised by Agents handling the e-registration exercise), for their outstanding support and commitment to ensuring that the exercise is conducted in line with national standards and best practices.
The leadership noted that the collaboration with NIMC further underscores the party’s commitment to transparency, credibility, and due process, while strengthening public confidence in the e-registration and revalidation exercise.
Observers have described the level of organisation, stakeholder engagement, and solidarity displayed by the APC in Ilorin East as exemplary, with the local government emerging as one of the few in the state to have successfully scaled the e-registration exercise in a seamless and efficient manner.
The APC Ilorin East Local Government Area reaffirmed its commitment to sustained grassroots mobilisation, party consolidation, and inclusive participation in line with the progressive vision and development agenda of the APC-led government in Kwara State.
