Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has congratulated the Governor of Kwara State and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, His Excellency Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, on the occasion of his seven years in office, describing his administration as a shining example of purposeful, inclusive, and transformational leadership.
Engr. Adeyemi also congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as the President marks three years in office, applauding his courage, resilience, and commitment toward repositioning Nigeria through the Renewed Hope Agenda.
According to Engr. Adeyemi, the seven years of Governor AbdulRazaq’s administration have ushered in a new era of responsive governance, infrastructural renewal, youth inclusion, social investment, digital innovation, and people-centered development across Kwara State.
He noted that under Governor AbdulRazaq’s visionary leadership, Kwara State has witnessed remarkable progress in education, healthcare, rural development, road infrastructure, women and youth empowerment, technology advancement, security support initiatives, and economic reforms that continue to positively impact communities across the state.
“Over the past seven years, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has consistently demonstrated humility, prudence, compassion, and an uncommon commitment to the welfare of the people. His administration has restored public confidence in governance and positioned Kwara State as a model of progressive leadership in Nigeria,” Engr. Adeyemi stated.
He further emphasized that the Governor’s investments in digital literacy, youth development, entrepreneurship, and innovation are laying a strong foundation for a more prosperous and globally competitive Kwara State.
Speaking on the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Engr. Adeyemi acknowledged the bold reforms and strategic decisions being implemented under the Renewed Hope Agenda to stabilize the economy, strengthen institutions, improve infrastructure, enhance security, and create sustainable opportunities for Nigerians.
He stated that despite the economic realities and transition challenges, President Tinubu has continued to demonstrate courage and determination in pursuing reforms aimed at securing long-term national growth and prosperity.
Engr. Adeyemi added that the developmental strides of the AbdulRazaq administration strongly complement the broader national vision of the Tinubu-led administration, stressing that both leaders have remained committed to democratic ideals, good governance, and sustainable development.
He urged Nigerians, particularly the youth, to continue supporting visionary leadership while remaining united, resilient, peaceful, and optimistic about the future of the country.
“As we commemorate Democracy Day and these important milestones in leadership, we must collectively reaffirm our commitment to unity, patriotism, peaceful coexistence, and the continuous strengthening of our democratic institutions for the benefit of future generations,” he added.
