The entire members of Team CO across the globe have extolled their principal, mentor, and leader, Engr. Cornelius Oluwasegun Adebayo (FNSE), the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA), on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory statement made available to 9japarrot media on Wednesday, the group described Engr. Adebayo as a rare source of inspiration, a compassionate boss, and a visionary leader whose commitment to human capital development and grassroots empowerment remains exemplary.
The group lauded his political journey, noting how he has remained deeply connected to his roots and fiercely dedicated to the welfare of the masses. They remarked that his leadership style beautifully mirrors and preserves the enduring, pro-people legacies bequeathed by his late father and iconic statesman, Chief Cornelius Olatunji Adebayo.
As a proud son of Kwara State and the Igbomina nation, Engr. Adebayo was highly commended for discharging his national assignment at NALDA with absolute distinction, bringing immense pride to his home state.

Some of his landmark achievements highlighted in the statement include: The successful signing and execution of over 35 high-impact Joint Venture (JV) partnerships, Direct empowerment of 2,500 women across various agricultural value chains, Providing critical mechanization support and inputs to over 5,000 smallholder farmers, and the active, strategic development of over 3,500 hectares of land for mechanized agricultural purposes.
