The Coalition of Kwara APC Young Stakeholders (C-KAYS) has taken disciplinary action against several key executives for allegedly placing personal political interests above the collective goals of the coalition, suspending Board of Trustees (BOT) Chairman Abdulrasheed Awobimpe (Manya), Organizing Secretary Prince Goke Afolayan, Public Relations Officer Abdulganiu Ajibowo, and member Abdulrazaq Afolabi.
Following the suspensions, the State Coordinator of the Coalition, Mallam Nasirudeen Abiola, announced the appointment of Hon. Ahmed Muhammed Kaiama as the new BOT Chairman to restore organizational stability, enforce discipline, and unify young progressive stakeholders across Kwara State’s three senatorial districts.
Declaring that C-KAYS is not a personal political estate or a bargaining chip for private negotiations, the coalition urged the public, media houses, and APC leaders to disregard any statements, meetings, or political commitments issued by the suspended individuals, warning that no single member is bigger than the collective platform as the group mobilizes for party victory ahead of the 2027 general elections.
