Nigeria’s senior men’s volleyball team have intensified preparations for the 2026 African Men’s Volleyball Championship after qualifying for the competition in Tunis, Tunisia.
The 2026 African Men’s Volleyball Championship is scheduled in Tunis, Tunisia, from September 13 to 27 as Nigeria prepares to compete for continental honours against fellow African sides.
The Nigerian team made history by qualifying for the prestigious affair, with captain Abdulquadri Jaiyeola playing a pivotal role in the campaign.
Now, with the main event just days away, the Super Falcons have ramped up preparations in Abuja as they look to deliver in their first-ever African Men’s Volleyball Championship.
The competition is expected to be a stiff test for the Nigerian side as they face some of Africa’s best volleyball teams.
