The APC House of Representatives Candidate for Ekiti/Irepodun/Isin/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency and Kwara State Coordinator of the Tinubu Torch Bearers (TTB), Hon. Chief (Mrs) Olasumbo Florence Oyeyemi, has called for the sustained propagation of the achievements of APC governments at all levels as the 2027 general elections draw closer.
Speaking at the official inauguration of the Kwara State chapter of the Tinubu Torch Bearers (TTB) by the Kwara State First Lady, Amb. Prof. Olufolake AbdulRazaq, Hon. Olasumbo reiterated the need for people at the grassroots to be well informed about the achievements and gains from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s reforms, as well as the tremendous progress recorded under Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration in Kwara State.
She emphasised that the primary purpose of the Tinubu Torch Bearers is to shed light on the programmes, policies, reforms, and achievements of the APC and ensure that the message of the Renewed Hope Agenda reaches the grassroots. She urged TTB members to take up this responsibility across the 16 Local Government Areas, 193 wards, and communities across Kwara State.
On her part, the Kwara State First Lady, Amb. Prof. Olufolake AbdulRazaq, commended the leadership of the Kwara State chapter of the Tinubu Torch Bearers under the office of the APC State Women Leader, Hajia Falilat Mohammed. She charged the TTB structures at all levels to continue to propagate the message of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and work diligently towards ensuring the success of the APC and the victory of all its candidates in the 2027 general elections.
The event, held at the State Banquet Hall in Ilorin, was attended by the wife of the Kwara State Speaker and APC Governorship Candidate, Hajia Saadat Danladi; the wife of the Chief Justice, Mrs. Adewara; members of the APC State Working Committee led by the State Chairman, Prince Sunday Fagbemi; members of the Kwara State Executive Council (SEC); the Police Officers’ Wives Association, led by the wife of the Kwara State Commissioner of Police; wives of traditional rulers (Olori); TTB executive members from all 16 Local Government Areas of the state; and other distinguished guests.
