Director-General of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Campaign Council in Kwara State, Prince Omar Bolaji Gambari has assured party supporters and residents that the opposition platform is making strategic preparations to return to governance in the 2027 general elections.
Gambari offered the reassurance in a verified statement obtained by 9japarrot on Monday, delivering a message of confidence to Kwara electors following recent high-level political consultations across the state.
The statement coincided with a delegation visit led by Senator Saliu Mustapha and Kwara PDP governorship candidate, Engr. Sulaiman Bolakale Kawu, to the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, alongside engagements at several key landmarks and communities across Kwara State.
According to the Campaign Council DG, the ongoing outreach forms part of structured, statewide political consultations aimed at solidifying party unity, engaging traditional institutions, and presenting a unified development agenda to the electorate.
Gambari urged PDP faithful and Kwara citizens to remain steadfast and confident, maintaining that the party’s campaign organization is well-positioned to deliver accountable leadership and inclusive governance in 2027.
