The National Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) has scheduled a webinar to sensitise prospective delegates and the entire business community in Nigeria on the vast opportunities for strategic partnerships and investments within the People’s Republic of China.
According to a statement by the NACCIMA PRO, Hajiah Madinat Adigun-Oladotun, the webinar, which is going to hold on Monday, April 20, 2026, comes ahead of the much-talked about NACCIMA Business and Investment Forum in Guangzhou China.
Second of its kind, the Business and Investment Forum in Guangzhou is taking place on the margins of one of the world’s largest trade missions, the Canton Fair (139th session).
Hundreds of Chinese investors and private sector leaders are expected at the high-level NACCIMA Business and Investment Forum. The Nigerian delegates will have the opportunity to engage with them and explore windows for strategic partnerships and business.
Top government functionaries and private sector players from Nigeria will also participate in the event.
The National President of NACCIMA, Engr. Jani Ibrahim, mni, OON, is the Chief Host for the webinar, while experts from within and outside the Chamber movement have been drawn to serve as facilitators for an enriching discussion.
They include: Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria, Sun Xuekun; Director General of NACCIMA, Engr. Sola Obadimu; NACCIMA China Relations Executive, Arc. Zakirudeen Oladotun; and a representative from the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).
Representative of the Chinese Embassy will share meaningful insights on the zero tariff policy and other similar policies of the Chinese government aimed at promoting trade and boosting exports to China.
The NIS representative will also facilitate a session on safe travel tips to prevent NACCIMA delegates from any hassles or troubles during the trip.
The NACCIMA Business and Investment Forum in Guangzhou will hold on April 29, 2026.
