In a bid to empower the youths of Kwara South, a total of 350 individuals will benefit from an all-expense-paid ICT and Digital Empowerment training program, courtesy of the Deputy Senate Leader and Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial district, Senator Oyelola Ashiru.
The sponsorship was announced after Senator Ashiru paid a visit to the Offa and Environs Innovation Hub (ONIEH) at the beginning of the year, where the remarkable accomplishments of the hub left a lasting impression.
The infrastructures and seasoned curriculum of ONIEH were particularly noteworthy, prompting the promise to sponsor the training program by the Distinguished Senator.
The training program, which is open to all youths in Kwara South, aims to equip participants with essential digital skills, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial prospects.
This initiative is expected to have a significant impact on the lives of Kwara South youths, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s digital economy.
