Vozinha, Cape Verde goalkeeper, has been nominated for the 2026 Ballon d’Or Men’s Goalkeeper of the Year.
Vozinha is one of the top ten nominees list released on Tuesday, after his exploits for Cape Verde during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The 40-year-old together Argentina’s Emiliano Martínez, Senegal’s Édouard Mendy and eight other goalkeepers will compete for the prize.
The winner of the Men Goalkeeper of the year award will be announced next month in London.
