The Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar (3SU) Mentorship and Fellowship Program has officially announced the stellar lineup of Facilitators for its highly anticipated Cohort 1, scheduled to hold from July 20th to 25th, 2025, at the Ilorin Innovation Hub.
This landmark initiative, championed by Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar, representing Kwara North Senatorial District and Chairman Senate Committees on Trade and Investment and Rules and Business, is set to redefine youth leadership and mentorship across the 16 LGAs of Kwara State.
With the theme “Empowering Young Leaders for a Brighter and Bolder Future in Kwara State,” the program proudly welcomes an extraordinary team of Facilitators made up of respected thought leaders, innovators, and changemakers across Nigeria and the Diaspora:
✅ Dr. Toba Oloyede– Medical Doctor, Certified Information Systems and Risk Management Expert
✅ Dr. Lanre Shittu– Chairman, Dele Group; CEO, Daily Care Solution
✅ Muhammed Brimah – President, Governing Board, Northeast Humanitarian Innovation Hub
✅ Memunat Manzuma (Hajia PHP) – Founder, Kuagi Resources
✅ Dr. Terese Shadrach Akpem – Mandela Washington Fellow, Founder, Vet Konect; Social Entrepreneur and SDGs Advocate
These accomplished professionals will guide and inspire the selected mentees through immersive sessions that blend real-world insight, personal growth, leadership development, and community impact.

Selected from over 3,000 applications across Kwara’s 16 LGAs, the mentees of Cohort 1 will engage with these seasoned leaders in powerful, interactive sessions crafted to spark ambition, drive innovation, and empower civic leadership.
