As we approach November 1st, 2025, I join the masses in wishing Chief Joseph Adewole Gbenga Obanla a happy birthday in advance. Your tireless efforts in supporting the people of Kwara South have not gone unnoticed. Your philanthropic endeavors are a testament to the enduring legacy of the late Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, a strong pillar in Kwara South.
During his tenure as Senator between 2015-2019 and beyond, late Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim prioritized the welfare of Kwara Southerners, and it’s heartwarming to see that his legacy continues through individuals like Chief Obanla in Kwara South. May the soul of Late Distinguished Senator Dr. Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim continue to rest in peace (Amen).
Chief Joseph’s commitment to giving back to the community is a shining example of true leadership. As a long-time philanthropist, you’ve been working tirelessly to support the people at the grassroots level. Your selfless acts of kindness have made a significant impact on the lives of many, and we celebrate you for that. Your dedication to the growth and welfare of Kwara South is an inspiration to us all.
Obviously, people like Obanla deserve a better position in our society – a community chief, an experienced retired teacher, a business tycoon, and a pudding philanthropist from Omuaran City, Irepodun local government area of Kwara State, who also doubled as a grassroots politician. I congratulate you on your upcoming birthday anniversary. May it be a joyous celebration filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments with loved ones.
May God continue to bless you with good health, wisdom, and strength to keep making a difference in the lives of others. May God bless you with greater opportunities and favor, positioning you for even more impactful service to the good people of Kwara. On this day, may you be elevated to a higher platform where you can leverage your influence and resources to drive meaningful development and progress in the state, doing even more for the good people of Kwara beyond your personal resources which you’ve consistently utilized for over a decade.
