The Maiden Edition of Sen. Sadiq Suleiman Umar (3SU)’s Mentorship & Leadership Program for Kwara Youth has now advanced into its highly anticipated Fellowship Phase, where selected mentees are paired with respected industry experts and transformational leaders.
Across the 16 LGAs of Kwara State, these young changemakers (Mentees) are currently being equipped with the right leadership tools, strategic thinking abilities, and collaborative capacity needed to design innovative, community-driven solutions for a better Kwara.
This Fellowship is not just another random program – it is a deliberate talent acceleration platform designed by Sen. Sadiq Suleiman Umar (representing Kwara North Senatorial District) to shape the next generation of thinkers, builders, and leaders for Kwara.
