Hon. Aileru Olamilekan Mukail has engaged residents of Oke Ipete in Adigbongbo/Awe/Orimaro Ward, ASA Local Government Area ahead of the forthcoming general election where he highlighted Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s achievements and canvassed support for APC candidates.
The meeting drew women, youths, elders and community leaders.
Addressing the gathering, Hon. Aileru said the visit was to interface with the people and inform them of development strides recorded in ASA LGA under Governor Abdulrazaq.
He listed road construction, provision of potable water, rural electrification, and rehabilitation of schools as key interventions that had brought relief to previously neglected communities.
“Before this administration, ASA was forgotten. Today, we can point to real projects that have touched lives. This is governance with a human face,” he said.
Hon. Aileru urged residents to vote for the APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Rt. Hon. Salihu Yakubu Danladi, and all other APC aspirants, assuring that continuity would bring more development to ASA and Kwara State.
During the engagement, he also inspected the Oke Ipete borehole drilled in 2024 with the support of Governor Abdulrazaq. The facility, which recently developed a fault, has now been repaired. Residents expressed appreciation for the restoration of clean water.
In response, community leaders pledged unwavering support for all APC candidates, citing the impact of good governance in the area.
The engagement ended with prayers for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, Rt. Hon. Salihu Yakubu Danladi, and all APC candidates.
