••Commends Gov AbdulRazaq’s Leadership Style
Kwara Central Lawmakers has launched the first ever joint empowerment to cushion the effect of economic challenges on their Constituents.
The historical event sponsored by Hon Oba Abdulkadir Magaji ( House Leader/Member representing Ilorin Central Constituency), Hon Babatunde Aishat Olatundun ( Ilorin North West Constituency), Hon Maryam Yusuf Aladi ( Deputy Whip/Member representing Ilorin South Constituency), Hon Arinola Fatimah Lawal (Ilorin East Constituency), Hon Bello Yunisa Oniboki (Afon Constituency) and Hon Shittu Rukayat Motunrayo (Owode/Onire Constituency) held on Saturday at the Kwara State Stadium attracted large turn out of people from across the Kwara Central districts.
Among top dignitaries who witnessed the event is the Kwara State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt Hon Yakubu Salihu Danladi.
Speaker Danladi while addressing thousands of APC members and Constituents noted that Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has impacted people’s lives positively. He urges the Honourable members to keep supporting the Executive to ensure dividends of democracy.
In his part, Majority Leader, Hon. Oba Abdulkadir Magaji said the event demonstrated the unity and commitment of six House of Assembly members in supporting Governor AbdulRazaq’s efforts to deliver democracy dividends to every citizen.
He commended the Governor for his outstanding performance over the course of five years, with a remarkable track record of unparalleled accomplishments.
Beneficiaries for the empowerment were selected from the four local government areas in the Kwara Central Senatorial district.
