The Osun branch of the All Progressives Congress (APC) announced on Wednesday that 84 members have been expelled for their alleged involvement in activities that go against the party’s principles.
The decision was made after receiving complaints regarding these members’ anti-party actions.
The State Executive Committee of the Osun APC set up a disciplinary committee to investigate the allegations, which resulted in the expulsion of the individuals in question.
The committee conducted a fair assessment of the evidence and the findings were thoroughly discussed by the State Executive Committee before reaching this difficult but necessary decision.
The names of the expelled members are as follows: Akibu Olaiya, Yekeen Ajoke Nafisat, Wakeel Mutaleeb Adekunle, Olufunke Akano, Olatunji Idowu Ajoke, Ajala Abayomi, Adegboyega Semiu Adeniyi, Sabitu Rofiat Omolayo, Oladeji Ismail, Tajudeen Akanbi, Oyediran Quasim, Ajetunmobi Moshood, Akintoye Opeyemi, Akerele Sunday, Pastor Peter Olaawo, Orisatola Surajudeen A., Shariat O. Olaniyi, Akeem Olodude, Raji Sikiru, Isaac Adeyemi Aderinoye, Oyedeji Tawab O., Aderemi Tajudeen, Kamoru Afusat Bolanle, Ibrahim Mumini Tunde, Olayinka Musiliu Shina, Adewumi Ademola Taofeeq, Ajala Oladiran, Abiola Omotosho, Ganiyu Aliu O., Lawal Olalekan, Ganiyu Adebayo A., Afolabi Olaniyi Olatunde, Serifat Olayiwola, Olawale Morufu Adebukola, Ajibade Olatunji Ganiyu, Oladunjoye Rasheed Taye, Wale Agboola, and Sulaiman Akeem.
