Member of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Olushola Odetundun, has emerged victorious in yesterday’s All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election exercise for the Irepodun Constituency.
According to certified original results gathered directly from party agents and field observers across the various wards, Odetundun secured a resounding victory after pooling a grand total of 8,172 votes, easily defeating his closest rivals, Fafoluyi and Olanrewaju, who scored 5,556 and 2,964 votes respectively.
The certified data transmitted from the field showcases Odetundun’s dominant performance across key voting areas, notably clearing large margins in Omuaran and Ajase.

Following the compilation of these figures, stakeholders and field observers have strongly warned the public and party leadership to disregard any alternative figures making the rounds on social media.
“These are the valid, raw numbers signed by agents at the collation centers yesterday. The mandate given to Hon. Olushola Odetundun by the people of Irepodun is clear. Any other parallel results being paraded by mischief-makers apart from these figures are nothing but fake, doctored, and a desperate attempt to manipulate reality.”
With the official field numbers now public, supporters of Odetundun have already thrown themselves into celebration, urging the APC leadership to uphold the true will of the constituents as recorded at the grassroot blocks.
